or by All bookings must include the following information; a. Name and contact details of client. b. Number of adults and children with ages. (0-5 yrs infant, 6-12 yrs child, 13yrs + adult). c. Room type; Single, double, family d. Meal plan; All Inclusive OR Self Catering. Any special requirements. e. Date & estimated time of arrival. f. Planned method of payment. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash in USD (notes must be year 2001 or newer), TZS, GBP or Euro. MasterCard & Visa accepted (5% charge). Required information, name of card holder, card number, expiry date, security number, billing address. **Travellers cheques & Personal Cheques we do not accept. CANCELLATIONS: 60 days or more notice: Full refund 59 to 30 days notice: 50% refund 29 to 14 days notice: 25% refund Less than 14 days notice: No refund Time period measured from 18.00 on day of arrival. OTHER ITEMS: Any disputes or disagreements about reservations, payments or quality of service should be brought to the attention of the Management of Wag Hill Limited during the stay or within seven (7) days of departing. All prices are in USD. Payment can be made in other currencies at the discretion of the administration of Wag Hill Limited and at an exchange rate determined by the administration. Prices include all taxes. Wag Hill Limited reserves the right to change theses terms and conditions as and when required. |
